If you’ve ever been involved in organising an event like a sales conference or a product launch, you’ll know there are many banana skins strewn along the way to make you come a cropper. Have you covered all the little details that can bring last-minute panic, or send you crashing down in front of all those important people?

Best to leave it to an expert. And they don’t come more expert and knowledgeable than Jane Carr. She has successfully organised over 70 different events across Europe, USA and Africa from small advisory boards to launch meetings for 600 people and satellite symposia at international medical congresses since leaving SmithKline Beecham where she was Professional Communications Executive.

She’ll select the right venue and cover the whole A-Z of organising and management, right down to budgetary control and the production of conference materials. Call us and rest easy!

You want your event to go with a swing, without stumbling through the many pit-falls. Some people want the complete task of organising events such as launch and sales conferences, along with the production of appropriate materials taken off their hands. It is after all a highly complex job.

Mike Heighington
Mike Heighington

Mike has to be one of the most brilliant and innovative creative people in the UK. He has a rare talent. The ability to produce quick, slick creative concepts that hit the spot first time. They’ve set the pulses racing and gladdened the eye of many companies… including GSK, Toyota, Tesco, Heinz, Kelloggs, Coca Cola, Woolworth and Guinness.

Rely on him every time: he knows the business of marketing, and advertising in every medium, inside out. And well he should… because he’s run his own agency, been Creative Director at top agencies including Hilton Advertising, and David Williams and Ketchum and creative consultant to BBDO. Remember, there’s no substitute for exceptional skill and experience. And Mike’s got that in abundance.

Thanks Brian. I absolutely love the way you have made the copy so exciting.

Thrity Engineer,
Product Manager,
GlaxoSmithKline.

Did you know… all the best direct marketing people are copywriters? It’s what direct marketing is all about: getting to the heart of a project, deciding who you are writing to, and getting them to take some form of action. And it comes with experience.

Never stint on copy. It will make all the difference between getting good results and ending up in the waste bin. So always use a professional… and they don’t come more professional, or more experienced than Brian.

Draw on his experience… gained from selling Automobiles (BMW and Volvo), Cruises (P&O), Houses (Charles Church), Computer Supplies (Unisys and Honeywell Bull), Vaccines (GlaxoSmithKline), Training Packages (Rank Organisation and Dartnell Corporation Chicago). Holidays (La Manga Club) Mail Order Merchandise (GUS and Empire Stores), Coca Cola Merchandise, Esso Merchandise, even Teddy Bears… and from the several years he spent as marketing Director at Encyclopaedia Britannica and heading up the direct marketing operation at McCann Erickson.

If you can write first-rate, persuasive direct marketing copy, you can write anything. That’s why Brian is also retained by GlaxoSmithKline to write an intranet magazine for diseases of the developing world. Nothing to do with direct marketing. So, if you want to get read, give us a call.

He has worked with companies in the UK and in Europe in different languages, including Indian dialects that require designs reading right to left.

Many companies have benefited from his vision and experience including GlaxoSmithKline, Empire Stores, Unisys, Rank Organisation, Universal Office Supplies, SmithKline Beecham, Roche, Solvay Healthcare, Marks & Spencer. Can we add you to the list?
